1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver products across India. Our goal is to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 business hours after confirmation.
• Delivery Timeline: Depending on your location, products are usually delivered within 5 to 7 working days.
• Shipping Charges: Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at the time of checkout before you make the payment.
• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation rules are as follows:

• You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
• To cancel, please go to your 'Order History' or contact our support team immediately at +91 93143 24151.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may opt for a return after delivery as per our return policy.

3. Returns & Refund Policy

We offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

• Damaged/Wrong Product: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
• Return Process: After your request is approved, we will initiate a pickup. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Refund Mode:
  • For Online Payments, the refund is processed directly to the original bank account/card/UPI used.
  • For COD Orders, we will ask for your bank details or UPI ID to process the refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items, such as Sanitary Pads & Dmit, are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons unless they are delivered in a damaged condition.
